How we work
Ask. Plan. Build. Support.
Ask
Start with questions: what the work is for, who it serves and what to leave out.
Plan
Agree the scope, cost and timing in writing before anything is built.
Build
Build in small, reviewable steps, tested before anything ships.
Support
Hand over clearly, with documentation and a plan for what comes next.
